Tripfez needed a comprehensive, scalable travel platform from scratch - covering consumer booking (B2C), agent management (B2B CRM), corporate booking tools (OBT), and a dedicated cruise marketplace, all powered by a single unified backend with real OTA integrations and an AI agent.
